Collin is pretty sure he had hobbies before starting a brewery and having children. They might have been things like backpacking and running but he can’t remember for sure. He now enjoys doing the accounting and changing diapers.

I started my career in the craft brewing industry in February 2006 as an assistant brewer at Sockeye Brewing and have never looked back. Most of my time away from the brewery is happily concentrated on my family and raising my two boys. Traveling, making music and spending time in the mountains of Idaho and Wyoming are some of my other passions.

Hey my name is Ethan! I Grew up on a farm town in Mountain Home, moved to Boise in May of 2022 and started working at Boise Brewing shortly after. I love playing music and being in the outdoors.

Sixteen years in the craft brew industry and genuine love for craft beer. As well as all the season’s and activities Idaho has to offer: Winter: snowboarding and snowshoeing. Summer: fishing, camping, and trekking around the Sawtooth, Frank Church, and white cloud mountain ranges with my wife Emily and our doggo’s. I love international travel. I have been to a brewery or distillery in 14 different countries. Big music fan as well. I love to travel to see live music whenever possible.

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. Most recently, I lived in Alaska for six years before moving to Boise in 2020. I love anything to do with the outdoors. You can usually find me in the mountains or traveling to find my next adventure when I’m not working.

I’ve worked in the accounting field for over 15 years and have been at Boise Brewing for a year and a half. I enjoy running, softball and spending time with my husband, son, and new puppy. My favorite beer is Snowboarder Porter.
