Collin Rudeen

Owner

Collin is pretty sure he had hobbies before starting a brewery and having children. They might have been things like backpacking and running but he can’t remember for sure. He now enjoys doing the accounting and changing diapers.

Lance Chavez

Head Brewer

I started my career in the craft brewing industry in February 2006 as an assistant brewer at Sockeye Brewing and have never looked back. Most of my time away from the brewery is happily concentrated on my family and raising my two boys. Traveling, making music and spending time in the mountains of Idaho and Wyoming are some of my other passions.

Lynlee Garside

Assistant Brewer

My name is Lynlee. I’ve worked at Boise Brewing for two and a half years. You can catch me on the brewfloor or bellied up to the bar. Because I like beer. 🙂

Sam Wallace

Assistant Brewer

I enjoy brewing beer, hiking, bowfishing, hunting, playing guitar, gardening and spending quality time with my girlfriend as well as the cat and dog.  I’m not afraid to be me and there is never a dull moment so long as I can help it!

Melissa Morales Sales

Melissa Morales

Sales Manager

Cicerone Level 1, (Cicerone Certification Program). Associate Beer Steward, completed through the Master Brewers Association.  I am the field marketing representative and director of on-premise sales.

Taylor Hawker

Beer Bard

Boise Brewing’s self-titled “Beer Bard”, Taylor is an actor and musician by trade, a curler by hobby, and a beer drinker for…well…obvious reasons. Described by many people as what you call an “in-doorsy” type of person, you won’t tend to find Taylor out camping or backpacking; instead you’re most likely to catch him with a big dark cup of coffee or local craft beer with his nose buried into his freshly highlighted script preparing for his next role on stage. He’s a lifelong Chicago Cub fan, gummy bear connoisseur, and an interesting character that adds a little bit of goofy to our Boise Brewing family.

Nash Carlson

Taproom Manager

Former corporate engineer turned beer geek, Nash can be found most days roaming around the taproom. He has said to have had a beer in almost every state and National Park. Originating from the East Coast, Nash can talk for days about how much he loves Boise and Boise beers. From hiking Half Dome to slugging whiskey with ranchers in the middle-of-nowhere New Mexico, Nash is always looking to expand his experiences and learn something new.

Erin Hicks

Beertender

I‘m Erin! My favorite things are hiking, baking, magnets, traveling, construction equipment and craft beer.

Josh Letsinger

Marketing Director | Graphic Design

I grew up in Boise and have since lived all over the Northwest- still haven’t found a place that I enjoy more than Idaho. Between backpacking, skiing, biking, rafting, (pretty much any outdoor activity) Ultimate Frisbee, craft beer, cooking, music, art and design and organizing of our office systems I can happily say that I like to stay busy! Please say “hello” when you see me out on the trail or imbibing all of the great craft beer that Boise has to offer!

Marjorie Bonnet

Volunteer Coordinator

Hello, my name is Marjorie and as many of us, I am a beer enthusiast 😊

Growing up in a little town of France, between Cognac vineyards and the Atlantic, I never imagined I would build my adult life on the other side of the ocean.  When pursuing my master’s in agriculture, I spent a summer on a Coloradoan farm in the Rockies, and this is when I fell in love with the West. So, a few years later, when the dairy company I was working for asked me if I was willing to move to Boise, I accepted in a heartbeat! The Boise community has been so welcoming and made me feel at home right away. I’m so happy to be part of the Boise Brewing team and to be able to give back to our community through Community Supported Beer. See you soon over a refreshing “bear”. Cheers!

Rachel Johnson

Volunteer Coordinator

Hi! I’m Rachel and I love to smell beers. Smell is 80% of taste, right!? I do actually drink beers after I smell them, you may have seen me do that when I worked behind the bar at Boise Brewing or volunteering at Hoptober Freshtival. Outside of beer drinking, I’m a social worker and formally played roller derby for Treasure Valley Roller Derby. Both of which have taught me the importance of organizational and volunteer work. I’m excited to be one of Boise Brewing’s volunteer coordinators and work with you all to give back to our lovely community!

Beer will change the world, I’m not sure how but it will”
