This past weekend, the Boise Brewing crew headed east for the 21st Annual North American Beer Awards (NABA) Awards and Mountain Brewers Festival in Idaho Falls. The yearly competition and festival brings out over 6,500 thirsty folks from Eastern Idaho, Utah, Montana, and beyond. As you can probably imagine…it was a pretty great time.
With over 130 different breweries submitting over 1,600 beers for judging, its safe to say that NABA is kinda a big deal. Like libraries full of rich mahogany big deal. Idaho came out in full force to NABA with around 40 different breweries submitting their tastiest brews. Several breweries here in Boise walked away with medals at the end of the day – including us!
