Owners, CSB Members, and Boise Brewing Fans,
As we surpass our first year, I wanted to let you all know how much I’ve enjoyed creating each unique CSB beer. Last month, we entered several of our beers in this years North American Beer awards in conjunction with the Mountain Brewers Fest in Idaho Falls. I am pleased to announce that out of the 1600 beers entered, three of our CSB beers made their way through the judging gauntlet and landed at the final judging table with one finishing in the top 3. The Black Cliffs American Stout was awarded the bronze medal in the American Stout category. The Black Cliffs was the very first original recipe specifically designed for the CSB program. The Fair Dig Irish Red and the Red Velvet Cream Ale were also at the final table just missing out on the hardware. This is a great testament to the quality of our CSB program and I look forward to coming up with more award winning brews for your enjoyment.
