So much expansion.. So little time!

Last week was quite the week down here at Boise Brewing! Between installing our new garage door, to moving in new fermenters, to bottling one of our beers for the first time… We were pretty busy! Expansion is always exciting and we cannot wait to get even more Boise Brewing beer out into the local market! Here is a breakdown of what all happened last week!

Our awesome construction crew cutting a hole in the wall to make room for a new garage door!

BIG shout out to our lovely friends over at Woodland Empire for letting us borrow their bottling line for the day!
While the construction crew worked at the brewery; we headed over to Woodland empire to bottle some beer. BIG shout out to our lovely friends over at Woodland Empire for letting us borrow their bottling line for the day!
Zack and the VERY first bottle of Roosevelt Red Rye! We are looking forward to getting bottles out to our friends at the Roosevelt Market in the next few weeks so be on the lookout for that!

Installing our two brand new 30 bbl fermenters! Double the Boise Brewing beer... Double the fun!
Later that week we got to installing our two brand new 30 bbl fermenters. This very precarious process involves a lot of chains and pulleys and even more terrifying breath holding.. 🙂
Meet the Twins!!
Meet the Twins!! With these two new fermenters we were able to double our brewing capacity. Double the Boise Brewing Beer… Double the Fun!
Along with two new fermenters we also received a shipment of 425 new kegs! The only thing missing was a lift gate on the truck... We had no way to get the kegs off the truck but luckily our friends over at Trader Joes were able to use their equipment and help us unload the truck. BIG shout out to them for helping get us out of a sticky situation! Cookie Butter anyone?

Funny thing about 17 pallets of kegs... they take up quite a bit of room! Swing by the brewery to check out our impressive keg mountain! Now we just have to fill them up with beer!

Thanks to everyone who worked so patiently with us last week! We appreciate your support and are looking forward to even more growth in the near future. Stay cool and swing by to check out all our new digs! Cheers!
