Glenn and David Join the Team

Welcome to the team, Glenn and David! Last week we added two more seats to the board of directors. David Arkoosh is a Bogus attorney (though he may phrase it differently) and Glenn Michael was recently elected at a special shareholder meeting. We are really excited to have both helping guide the direction of the brewery, as both have tremendous backgrounds, experience and enthusiasm. And I don’t know how many companies can say this, but we had a damn good time at the shareholder meeting. A little more on our directors:

Glenn Michael

Glenn Michael is a CPA and has served in various financial and operational roles (CFO, COO) for a multitude of companies, including Clickbank, My Dirty Jobs, Preco Electronics, Dedicated Devices and SCP Global Technologies. He was a General Partner and CFO of Highway 12 Ventures, a $100 million venture fund located in Idaho.

Glenn volunteers his time with several philanthropies, including the Treasure Valley YMCA (former Board President and Treasurer), Boise Public Schools Education Foundation (Past President), University of Idaho Business School Advisory Board, St. Alphonsus Hospital Foundation and Fundsy of Idaho.  Glenn enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with his three sons and enjoys the outdoors of Idaho – skiing, rafting, camping and golfing.  He is also an avid basketball fan and coaches Yball/AAU/Club teams.

David Arkoosh

David Arkoosh is an advisor to growing companies. As an attorney, he counsels business owners and managers in structuring their entities for success and obtaining the resources they need to achieve their missions. As an executive, he has served on management teams and boards of organizations seeking to rapidly expand and accelerate their development. David is a denizen of Idaho’s craft food and beverage community, where he works closely with producers and sellers of beer, wine and spirits in navigating complex regulatory schemes to avoid liability and expand market reach.

David is a Boise native, a graduate of Gonzaga University and University of Idaho College of Law.

Thanks!

A toast to the both of you and thanks for bringing your talents to Bogus! We’re excited to see what things we can do together. I know I’m looking forward to our first board meeting.
